TBT - Total Body Training Grades 5-12 (Fall 2020)

Join Kelly LaFountain our Program Coordinator and Certified Fitness
Instructor for this fitness class that will blend a variety of movements
to give your entire body a good workout. Different levels for each
exercise will be shown to allow all fitness levels to participate and
get fit. The exercises will be performed in an interval format to really
rev up your metabolism and provide a good cardio/strength
workout. The exercises will use your own body weight.

Participants should bring a water bottle, and an exercise mat or large towel.

Tuesdays and Thursdays starting July 7th  (runs 5 weeks)

3:30—4:30 pm @ Riverside Field area (weather permitting)

Limited class size so sign up early - $35.00 for 10 Sessions
