Halloween Trick or Treating @ the Topsham Fair Mall
Join us on Friday, October 31st as we kick off Halloween with a Parade at the Topsham Fair Mall
Gather between Panera and Washville 4:15 - 4:30 pm in Costume
Parade starts promptly at 4:30 pm led by Topsham's Public Safety Vehicles.
Once we complete the Parade, participants can walk down the sidewalk and Trick or Treat at all of the Stores and Vendors on the Sidewalk.
